We've all seen the immense devistation that has taken place in Haiti. The historic 7.0 Earthquake rocked their land and our hearts like never before; causing people to rush to ban together in unity in order to begin a process of rebuilding that could take years and millions of dollars. When tragedy like this occurs, it is so awesome to see how individuals search their hearts, look at finances, and come up with ways of how they can help. We become unified with complete strangers in order to accomplish the greater good.
I wonder how much closer to complete wholeness we could get, if we viewed our internal state the same way we view the devistation in Haiti? If we made it a matter of urgency to address our emotional hurts in order to live holy, happy, & healthy lives. Some of us have been through things, terrible things that have rocked our core and shaken up our lives. If we could rate it, it would also be a 7.0 on the Richter Scale. But if we took a moment to walk the grounds of some of the disasters that have happened in our lives...it would look like a City in Ruins. Although many of us are riddled with emotional bondages that have held us hostage for years, we have left the pain unconfessed or unaddressed, thus reaking more havock in our lives through broken relationships, depression, anger, anxiety, failure and more. But it's time to rebuild, and believe me...we are all in this together. We all have been born into disfunction of some sort. I firmly believe that no product you will ever purchase will be 100% perfect; everything has a minor defect or imperfection and there are no two that are alike. So this means that everyone is in need of wholeness to some degree; some more than others. Don't feel ashamed, it's important for you to finally seek out any and everything that will allow you to be a fully functioning individual, like a city healthy, prosperous & full of progress.

*Like the beautiful people of Haiti who are in distress, they cried out for help.
-"This poor man cried out, and the Lord heard him." - Psalm 34:6
*Understand that the complete way to total emotional healing is through Jesus Christ.
*Understand that just like Haiti, it takes money to rebuild; an investment. Invest in your own healing; get whatever help you need to be whole! Although you have been wounded, you still have to have the will to survive at any cost. And in most cases, that cost is time & effort. Invest it, so that you can live your best life.

**Don't give up or settle for anything less than complete wholeness! If we do our part, God will do His!** He wants us to be whole.
-"So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the crawling locust, the consuming locust, and the chewing locust; my great army which I sent among you. You shall eat in plenty & be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God." -Joel 2:25 & 26
I will be praying for each one of you, for the wholeness that I know you desire & that God wants so much for you. He wants to rebuild the places that have been torn down in your life. Go after this healing with ferver. And remember, we are on this journey together, as I am seeking complete wholeness in my life and yearning to experience all God has for me.
